FleetCam Solutions specialises in fleet management, AI-powered dashcams, tracking, and telematics. We help businesses take control of their fleets with intelligent, real-time visibility and safety insights.
As we continue to expand, we’re looking for experienced and motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing team and play a key role in our continued success.
This is a remote, self-employed position ideal for individuals with a proven background in appointment setting, telesales, or B2B lead generation.
You’ll be contacting companies across the UK that operate fleets of vehicles, introducing them to FleetCam Solutions, and booking qualified appointments for our partners to discuss their telematics and fleet management solutions.
This is not a high-pressure sales role, it’s about engaging professionally, understanding the prospect’s current systems, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· £50.00 commission for every qualified lead generated
· £100.00 bonus for every appointment successfully sat
· Uncapped earnings potential: realistic OTE of £37,500-£50,000 in your first year, rising to £75,000 plus with experience

· Proven experience in appointment setting, B2B telesales, or lead generation (essential)
· Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
· Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
· Access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection
· Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
Once fully up to speed, you’ll be expected to achieve:
· Around 3 qualified leads per 100 companies contacted
· Approximately 1 in 3 leads resulting in a sat appointment
